I love the outdoors and nature. For the past seven years, from spring through fall, my husband and I volunteer to collect water samples and run dissolved oxegen tests for Watershed Watch run by the University of Rhode Island . We monitor two Greenwich Bay tributaries and feel good about doing our part to protect the environment.
My daughter and I are currently taking classes in Professional Pet Assisted Therapy along with our dog, Sahara through the DJ Professional Pet Assisted Therapy program. For more information on the DJ Pet Assisted Therapy, please visit www.djppat.com.Our mission is to have Sahara become a literacy dog assisting at-risk elementary students as they learn to read. We are also members of Windwalker Humane Coalition www.windwalkercoalition.org.
I am afflicted with wanderlust! There are so many adventures waiting for me out there! My imagination feeds my wanderlust and my wanderlust feeds my imagination!
Coffee is the elixir of life. A bit of dark chocolate doesn't hurt either!
